We don't have capacity to cut the head caps anymore so I am reducing the price and asking you to cut them instead ;-) However, in most cases, you dont even have to cut off the flash.

千歳クラシック、永時、クリムゾン以外のほとんどのヘッドにフィットするヘッドキャップ。

Summary

Limited (?) edition orange head caps - not sure how long we will make these for. Orange is taken from the orange arm that Chappie gets in the movie Chappie - go see it!

If you are wearing a wig on your Smart Doll then the color should not matter. If you are going for the Jean Luc-picard look then the orange may look odd but the parting line will probably bother you first anyway.

Fits most Smart Doll heads apart from Eiji, Crimson, Chitose Classic and a mystery head that was found in Chaos - that we can't talk much about.

Please note that these do not fit any Smart Doll heads perfectly - maybe slightly smaller or larger.

These are not outlet quality but we put items in Chaos that will confuse newbies. The caps will be bagged in recycled bags that we used for production.

Molds can (now) be made within 2 weeks.
Seamless vinyl parts

Extremely labor-intensive
High unit cost
High failure rate
Post-processing of flash can only be done by skilled crafts wo/men

We want folks to have more goodies but we simply do not have the wo/manpower. Folks who think that it's simply a matter of hiring more people should do a Google for "The Law Of Diminishing Returns" to learn something new ;-)

Chaos Director's Uncut is a way for us to make available more uncut vinyl components to folks who think they are a dab hand with their ninja DIY skills.

Reasons not to buy Chaos Directors Uncut items

One does not simply try to cut vinyl expecting the parts to look as our team members cut them. However, if you think your cutting skills match or are better than our team, then we would like to speak to you regarding some opportunities ;-)

Cutting vinyl requires a craft knife or scalpel. Hard vinyl parts require a hairdryer or some method of warming the vinyl to make it soft enough to cut.

Using a knife has an inherent risk of cutting yourself. Please do not cut yourself or anybody or nearby pet.

A vinyl component that has been overcut cannot be fixed which means you may be doing a lot of crying.

All Chaos Directors Uncut vinyl parts have not been checked for blemishes.

Vinyl components are all different in size even if they were pulled from the same mold. The reason is that each vinyl part is cast by a human - meaning that parts may be thin/thick or slightly elongated in the direction that they are pulled from the mold.
