Which is the right set for you? あなたにぴったりのセットは?

Smart Doll's are available in two different flavors - a "Sports Bra Set" & "Apparel Set." Guys normally wear bra's at home when nobody is looking but our Smart Doll guys don't which is why we've given them a pair of Boxer Shorts instead. If you are buying a Smart Doll for the first time then choosing either set is enough - you do not need to get anything else in addition - but extra accessories will enhance your Smart Doll experience.
 If you are going to keep your Smart Doll at home or in the office and prefer them skimpy then go for the Sports Bra Set - but the Apparel Set is way better value for your cash.

Choose the Apparel set if you plan on taking them out n about - and save money at the same time as it will cost you more to buy the apparel set items separately. If you take them out in the Sports Bra Set then they may catch a cold. Alternatively you may want to go for the Sports Bra Set and then choose to customize the look and feel of your Smart Doll by buying additional apparel items. スマートドールは二つのセットで用意しています。「Sports Bra Set」と「Apparel Set」だ。スポーツブラセットにはスポーツブラと下着が付いています。ブラーを密かに家で着用している男子は世の中にいますが、スマートドール男子はそんなことやりません。なのでボクサーショーツを履かせています。

お家やオフィスで肌露出多めに展示したい場合はスポーツブラセットは十分ですが、アパレルセットはかなりお得。スマートドールを外に連れて行く目的であればアパレルセットをオススメします。スポーツブラセットで外に連れて行くと、スマートドールちゃんは風邪をひくかもしれないのでご注意ください。 もしくはスポーツブラセットを選んでいただき、スマートドールのアパレルでご自分でコーディネートできます。

REFUNDS
We can refund you in full as long as you contact us anytime before your item has been shipped.
If you decide to cancel after your product is shipped then you need to cover the costs of the item to be sent back to us and do so within 14 days.

If the item is in the same condition as it was when we shipped it then we shall refund you in full.

If the product *is not* in the same condition (covered in dog fur, packaging ripped up by zombies etc) then we will refund you partially which can be anything up to 30% off what you paid depending on the damage.


WARRANTY
Smart Doll was designed to be sturdy and won't break in normal conditions. Limbs can however break under extreme conditions (falling on the knee on concrete etc). If this happens, just contact me with a photo of the injury to asses if you can remedy the problem yourself - if not I will replace the part for free but you pay for the shipping which is usually cheap because parts can be sent in an EMS envelope.

This warranty lasts for 1 year or up to 2 limb or 1 spine injury - whichever comes first. If you break something after a year then contact me anyway. While I can't promise to replace something for free, I don't want to see my girls going around with injuries ^^

Do note this warranty only covers limbs and torso but not bust or head as they do not contain moving parts (would be scary if they did).
This warranty also covers Smart Dolls purchased from our official retailers.

This warranty does not cover stains at all so you should keep dark clothing away from your Smart Doll. Some apparel items that we sell (like the jeans) have a risk of staining so we encourage folks to wash them a few times before using them.

If the product is damaged in a way where we deem that it's not suitable for the customers environment, we will ask the customer to send the product back for a partial refund of up to 40% off what the customer paid.

TAXES

The prices displayed on our site do not include Japanese consumption tax and we do not charge you this tax either if we ship outside of Japan. However, some governments seem to be strapped for cash and they may tax your item when it enters your country. The amount seems to depend on how the tax officer is feeling on that day - if they had a rough time with their spouse then they may charge more. I have heard stories that people have been able to negotiate the fee too.

Whatever you may (or may not) get charged - this is completely out of my control unless I run for prime minister or president in your country where I would allow our stuff to pass through customs for free. I heard that none of our American customers get charged for example. Please take this into consideration when making a purchase.

スマートドールは通常の使用環境では壊れないよう頑丈に設計されています。ただし、本体に強い衝撃(コンクリートに落とすなど)が加わると手足が破損する場合があります。もしこのようなアクシデントに見舞われた場合は破損状況の写真をお送り下さい。お客様ご自身で修復できるかこちら側で判断させて頂きます。修復できないレベルと判断した場合は無償で交換パーツを差し上げます。送料はお客様負担となります。

本保障の有効期限は1年間、又は手足2本、背骨1本までです。有効期限後も(あるいは手足の骨折が2回以上)故障した場合はご連絡下さい。無償で交換パーツは差し上げられないかもしれませんが、傷を負ったままの彼女達も放っておけないので ^^;

本保障の対象パーツは手足(上腕、下腕、手、太もも、すね、足、背骨)のみです。胸やヘッドの中には可動パーツがないので対象外となります。ご注意下さい。
また、本保障はスマートドール正規販売店でご購入されたスマートドールにも適用されます。

退款

只要在貨品寄出前電郵我們,我們都可以提供全數退款。
若貨品已經郵出,買家也可在14天內申請退款,但郵回來的費用將由買家承擔。
若貨品狀態和郵出時一樣,我們將提供全數退款。

SMART DOLL的設計堅固,在一般情況下不會出現損毀的情況。不過,四肢在極端的情況下(膝蓋直接撞擊水泥等)也有可能會損毀。若發生這種情況,請附上傷勢的照片并電郵我,我們會根據情況看你是否能自己治療SMART DOLL的傷勢 —— 若是不能,我會無條件為你更換損毀的部件 —— 不過你得自付郵費,一般應該很便宜,因為我們會以EMS信封寄出。

這個保修涵蓋1年或2次四肢傷勢 ——看兩者哪個先被使用。若一年後有損壞情況也請你聯繫我。儘管我無法保證可以免費為你更換部件,但我也不喜歡我的女兒們帶著傷口到處去 ^^。

請注意 —— 這個保修只涵蓋四肢,不包括軀幹、胸圍或頭部,因為這些不屬於可動的部分。
這份保修也涵蓋從零售商購買的顧客。
