Introducing Protective Knee Pads for Smart Doll - but why I hear you ask?

Smart Dolls are big girls and sometimes I prefer to have them kneel on the table instead of looming over me. But no matter how clean I kept my table, grime and dust would get stuck on the knees - not only that but the knees would get dented - have a look at the pool of photos to see what I mean. Dirt can usually be removed with some thinner and if necessary a hairdryer to make the vinyl pop back into its original shape.

I saw some folks who had the same issue use a napkin but I wanted my girls kneeling direct on the table and not on a piece of cloth. So I came up with these soft vinyl Protective Knee Pads. They are not designed to attach to the knee and they function purely to meet my selfish need of protecting the knees as discreetly as possible for when my girls were wearing shorts kneeling on the table.

However, Sometimes the knee pads do get stuck to the knee and you will need to make sure the knee is bent 90 degrees to remove them. There was once where the pads were attached to the knee with the leg fully extended - I was taking photos but didn’t even notice at the time! Photos will look odd so remember to remove them if your girls or boys are standing up or on the move.

The knee pads were moulded to fit the vinyl shin molds so they have a better fit than Cortex. Do remember that these knee pads are only designed to protect the knees from getting dirty and dented - there is nothing to protect the actual knee pad from getting dirty or dented unless you do a knee pad-ception...

If you want to clean the actual knee pad then get some thinner and use a hairdryer to force it to pop back into its original shape. Do note that as with all our vinyl - the color won’t be a 100% color match.

Don’t try to attach these to the knees when wearing long jeans - the knees will look really odd. Don’t try to eat them or put them in the guys boxer shorts. Also note that if you leave the knee pads on for long enough then the actual knee could possibly (has not happened to me so far) get dented - if this happens then just whip out the hairdryer but at least the knee won’t have grime on it.

If the pads become an inventory nightmare then I may change them to clear vinyl - they prob wont be as discreet but will still do the job. If you prefer these skin tones then get them now.

Only get these if you face the same first world problem - if not then you probably don't need these.

スマートドールを膝立ちするとき、テーブルをどんなに綺麗に拭いても、膝に汚れが付いてしまう。しかも膝が凹む。シンナーで汚れを取れなくもないしドライヤーでソフビを元の形に戻すことができますが、僕は嫌だったのでこのソフビ製膝保護パッドを作りました。

膝にくっ付くように設計しているわけではないですがたまにくっ付きます。膝を乗っけるというイメージになります。膝保護パッド自体には汚れが付きますが、シンナーで落とせます。色は100%マッチするわけではない。膝保護パッドを食べたり、スマド男子のパンツの中に入れたりしないでください。

将来的に色を透明に統一するかもしれないので、これらの肌色のほうがいいのであれば今すぐ買ったほうがいいかも。
