Each Smart Doll is handcrafted in Japan and carries unique characteristics — such as slight asymmetry, tiny air bubbles, subtle birthmarks, stretch marks, and non-uniform body parts. These are natural hallmarks of the slush casting process that make every doll one of a kind.

We prioritize employee well-being over mass production, which means we don’t chase constant availability. As a result, some items may not always be in stock or may take longer to return.

We encourage you to explore other brands to ensure Smart Doll truly resonates with you before committing to your purchase.

Please note that customs duties may apply even for orders shipping to the US, depending on your region. Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by your payment provider, which may result in a lower returned amount.

In the event of a return, refunds do not include the original shipping cost, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the package to us. Customers are also responsible for claiming back any duties or taxes paid from their local customs authority.

If you choose to waive the signature requirement for delivery, please be aware that this increases the risk of loss or theft. In such cases, once the courier marks the package as delivered, we are unable to cover any loss or offer a refund or replacement.
