Folks purchasing a Smart Doll for the first time do not need to buy any of these products, and most customers will never need to replace body parts unless they are addressing damage (for example, stains that are not covered under our warranty) or carrying out custom modifications.
We will be adding more parts in the future as our inventory management processes evolve.
If you broke something within a year of purchasing a Smart Doll, please contact us before buying replacements as the issue may be covered under warranty. If the warranty has expired, you are welcome to purchase products on this page. If you only need a specific part, please contact us.
