If you are buying a Smart Doll for the first time, you do not need to get option parts. Your Smart Doll already comes with an S sized pair of bewbs and a pair of default hands. However, if you want more customization then these parts may be for you.
Hands are squishy and can be easily changed. The bust requires you to pop the head and arms off before replacing - this is something that you will regularly have to do as most apparel items require removal of the head. The Medium Smooth is the most popular size.
