These characters have been discounted for various reasons. It could be that they are going to be decommissioned or just that we ordered too many painted heads and need to make room for other characters. In the latter case, the price will then go back up to what it originally was.

Sometimes we discount because we want to balance out the share between the characters - in this case, the price will go back up when equilibrium has been brought back to the universe.
