Leisure of Dolls is a fantastic example of how Smart Dolls can unlock a world of creativity and passion. Chris and Daniel have brilliantly showcased their love for pop culture and doll cosplaying through their impressive photography, set dioramas, and handmade outfits. Their latest venture into wig making demonstrates their drive to continually evolve and enhance the Smart Doll experience. Their dedication to the craft, coupled with their genuine enthusiasm, has led to the formation of strong bonds within the Smart Doll community. I am truly inspired by their journey and can't wait to see what they accomplish next.

Leisure of Dolls. What does that even mean? Well leisure means free moments. As adults we love to enjoy the spare moments of life doing things that truly bring us joy. Smart Dolls have helped us express our creativity in ways we couldn’t before. Doll cosplaying has truly allowed us to bring to life the things we love from pop culture.

We started our photography page in 2018, however Christopher’s passion for dolls began since childhood. When I (Daniel) entered his life Chris had two Smart Dolls, now the collection has grown…numerously. ;) We love to sew outfits for characters, build set dioramas to match the environment we are trying to convey, photograph, film and edit. Our latest endeavor is wig making. ;)

Last August we launched our little wig shop. It has been a truly wonderful experience. Chris is a licensed Cosmetologist and has worked as a hair color educator. We decided to step into the world of Smart Doll wigs because Chris really wanted to have an anime yellow wig. I see our relationship as a pinky and the brain situation, and told him "well why don't we make one?" After months of planning, designing, and learning how to run a business we finally saw our ideas come to fruition. The support from Smart Doll owners has been quite overwhelming, We are ever so grateful and thankful.

I have always been fond of photography, but have never really ventured much into it. Smart Dolls are the best models because they don't talk back, can strike and keep a pose beautifully and never tire of us easily. I think our affinity for all things pop culture and love of dolls found a resonating connection with the world of Smart Dolls. In this world we have been granted many opportunities through different scopes of creativity.

Within the Smart Doll community we have made some great friends and built relationships with people who otherwise we may have never met.

Our Smart Dolls have been on trips, braved cold weather, and worked long hours, but they love the home they are in.

Although it has been a short six years, we feel this is only the beginning.
