If you are buying a Smart Doll for the first time then you do not need to buy additional eyes because your Smart Doll already comes with a pair installed. Only buy additional if you want to change the eye color.
If you buy any of these additional eyes then will need to change the eyes yourself by opening the head cap and removing the pre-installed eyes (gulp). Be careful not to leave blu-tac showing on the sides as it will look like eye poo.
