Mirai Store Tokyo has been key to the success of Smart Doll in Japan - it is a playground for me to experiment with ideas and a place where I get to meet not only the locals but also folks who travel from all around the world just to visit.

Folks get to see the products up close and make their own Smart Doll in the workshops. Folks seeing Smart Doll for the first time always say "oooohh! I didn't know they were so big!"

To help your order ship smoothly, please note that we’re unable to accommodate the following requests:

4. Delivery by a specific date

Requests like the above may result in your order being cancelled and refunded, as we simply can’t support them.

We don’t own DHL or FedEx (yet), and sadly we don’t have cosmic powers to control delivery dates or import taxes. Once a package leaves Japan, timing and duties are handled by the courier and your local customs office.
