This head will come with the default Milk body (sports bra set) and any wig and eyes of your choice that we have in stock - just leave a note when ordering. We don’t own DHL or FedEx (yet), and sadly we don’t have cosmic powers to control delivery dates or import taxes. Once a package leaves Japan, timing and duties are handled by the courier and your local customs office.
