To improve the efficiency of production, inventory management, and our workflow, we have switched to a unified cyborg orange headcap for all Smart Dolls. Since our Smart Dolls are designed to be worn with a wig, and the top of the head is meant to be covered, this change helps our small team manage production without becoming overwhelmed.

However, we understand that some customers prefer a headcap that matches the skin tone of the doll, despite the noticeable parting line on the head used for inserting the eyes.

In response, we have decided to produce a small batch of skin-tone headcaps, which we may try to make once a year or so.

Please note that these headcaps may not be an exact match to the doll’s skin tone, as each batch can vary, and the fit may not be perfect. This is especially true for Chitose, where the size of the headcap can be a complete mismatch with the head. Please consider these points before deciding to purchase.

To help your order ship smoothly, please note that we’re unable to accommodate the following requests:
1. Discounts
2. Lowering the declared value for customs
3. Rush / ASAP shipping
4. Delivery by a specific date

Requests like the above may result in your order being cancelled and refunded, as we simply can’t support them.

We don’t own DHL or FedEx (yet), and sadly we don’t have cosmic powers to control delivery dates or import taxes. Once a package leaves Japan, timing and duties are handled by the courier and your local customs office.
