If you’re interested in getting notified about product drops and updates, we recommend following our Smart Doll Land Twitter account. Some folks call it “X” now, but we prefer sticking with the classic name—because nostalgia.
This is our primary channel for announcing new product drops, restocks, behind-the-scenes info, and other updates related to everything Smart Doll. Just a heads-up—it can get a little chatty at times, so feel free to mute notifications when you need a breather from the Internet.
You may also come across our other Twitter account, SmartDoll, but that one isn’t currently active. Please be cautious of unofficial accounts that pose as us—they may share links that look legitimate but could lead to phishing, session hijacking, or malicious cart manipulation. We want your Smart Doll experience to be a safe one.
We completely understand why some folks are eager to leave Twitter, and we empathize. However, alternative platforms like Threads and BlueSky don’t yet support long-form posts with the level of detail we need to communicate drop info effectively. That’s why we’ve stayed put for now.
You may also remember that we previously had a “Notify Me When Available” email feature. We ultimately retired it because we couldn’t guarantee consistent reliability—some users didn’t receive alerts, and others found the item sold out by the time the email arrived. Since we have no control over how global email services prioritize or delay messages, managing the resulting customer concerns placed a significant strain on our small team.
