"Chaos - Smart Doll Arm Frame" is not actually outlet grade but of product grade. We hide things that may confuse newbies in the Chaos section and only make them available to existing Smart Doll customers who have purchased from this site before.
This is the latest generation arm frame. If you have an older generation Cinnamon doll then you may want these to replace the milk arm frames that they shipped with.
If you have a tea or cocoa doll then you may just want to have these around as spares.
