Initially, I was under the impression that the male doll market was sufficiently catered to by other respected manufacturers. Yet, our community's feedback revealed a desire for more mature representations, pointing out that the existing options often portrayed young boys rather than adult males.
In response, we focused on maturing the aesthetic of our Smart Doll Guy line. Michelangelo's David, the epitome of mature and classical masculinity, served as the perfect muse for this endeavor, leading to the revival of the Smart Doll Guy line with "David So Macho" as our pioneering model.
This initiative, coupled with our Birth of Venus, marks our distinctive entry into the "licensed" doll arena. Drawing inspiration from public domain masterpieces like Michelangelo's David allows us to bypass the complexities and expenses tied to modern, copyrighted characters. This freedom to creatively interpret and incorporate David into our collection showcases our commitment to offering dolls inspired by celebrated art and historical figures without the constraints typically associated with licensed characters.

We don’t own DHL or FedEx (yet), and sadly we don’t have cosmic powers to control delivery dates or import taxes. Once a package leaves Japan, timing and duties are handled by the courier and your local customs office.
