Introducing I'm Done.

There’s a moment when holding on starts costing more than it’s worth.

Maybe you spent years trying to please everyone, and the finish line kept moving anyway. Maybe you carried something because putting it down felt like losing, or like it meant you didn’t care.

Being done isn’t giving up. It’s deciding you’ve done enough.

Done pleasing people who were never going to be satisfied.
Done carrying weight that was never yours to carry. 
Done trying to help people who don’t want to be helped, no matter how much you care about them. 
Done trying to win fights you can’t actually win. 
Done being who somebody else decided you should be.

Sometimes you keep telling yourself to hang on a little longer. Give it one more try. Maybe things will change. Maybe you haven’t tried hard enough. But there comes a point when you have to trust yourself enough to say, I’m done.

You don’t need to hate something to walk away from it. You don’t need to prove you were right. You don’t even need to know what’s next.

You just need to be done.
