About Double Layer Eyelash Designs

This Smart Doll features a Double Layer Eyelash design. The eyelash layers are hand-painted with stencils and not intended to align perfectly with each other, although occasionally they may, as shown in the left photo above. This characteristic is not considered a flaw. However, we understand that some customers might view it differently and respect their decision if they choose not to purchase this product based on this feature.

To help your order ship smoothly, please note that we’re unable to accommodate the following requests:
1. Discounts
2. Lowering the declared value for customs
3. Rush / ASAP shipping
4. Delivery by a specific date
5. Settling who shot first - Han or Greedo

Requests like the above may result in your order being cancelled and refunded, as we simply can’t support them.

We don’t own DHL or FedEx (yet), and sadly we don’t have cosmic powers to control delivery dates or import taxes. Once a package leaves Japan, timing and duties are handled by the courier and your local customs office.
