As shown in the photo, the team picks a head at random from the basket and cannot see what’s inside during selection. Because of this, we’re unable to accommodate any specific design requests.
We completely understand the temptation to leave preferences in the order notes, but any such requests will require us to cancel and refund the order to avoid potential “not as described” chargebacks - protecting both you and us.
As always, we do not recommend purchasing Chaos items if you’re unsure, as there is a high chance of disappointment.

These heads come with a wide range of imperfections such as faint streaks, air bubbles, paint chips, splashes, and other marks, as well as prototype or test pieces that were not originally intended for release. Some may include UV Glow elements that are only visible under UV light.
While you can choose a skin tone, everything else is selected at random. You may receive any character type across different sculpts, genders, or categories, and ordering multiple does not guarantee variety. Some heads may also have quirks such as blu-tack inside, pre-installed eyes, varying vinyl softness, or handwritten notes indicating their development stage.
These are parts that may have been used for display or testing, so signs of handling such as light scuffs or slightly faded face-up paint can be expected. Any scuffs may require gentle cleaning on your end. Accessories like wigs, headcaps, or extra eyes are not included, and any that happen to be present should be considered a random bonus. Headcaps, if included, may not match the skin tone.
