Reasons Not to Buy

Variety of Imperfections: Many of these heads have been rejected due to various imperfections, including faint streaks, air bubbles, paint chips, splashes, and birthmarks. Among these are also heads that could have been garage prototype items, but the effort to photograph and list them as individual SKUs exceeds our current resources.
UV Glow: Some of these heads may have UV Glow designs which are only visible when you shine UV light on them.
Limited Selection: You can select a skin tone, but the specific head you receive is chosen at random by us. Character selection is not an option.
Unpredictable Models: You might receive a head from any category, be it pear or classic, male or female.
Internal Oddities: Some heads may contain blu-tack inside; others might come with eyes installed, which we've decided not to remove due to the effort involved. These heads are often prototypes or developmental pieces of varying vinyl softness that may never be released.
Unique Markings: It's possible to find heads with Japanese writing inside or on the back, indicating their status as "first draft," "test paint," etc.
Duplicate Risk: Ordering two or more entails a risk of receiving identical characters - sisters! (or bro's).
Scuff Marks: While most scuff marks on the face can be removed with a melamine foam sponge through gentle circular motions, it's an extra step you'll need to take.
Accessories Not Included: No wig, headcap, or additional eyes are included. If the head comes with eyes, consider it a random bonus. Any headcap included may not match the head's color, which shouldn't be an issue if you plan to cover it with a wig.
Display Wear: Some heads were previously on display, which may result in slightly faded face-up paint compared to new products.
No Replacements: We do not offer replacements for caps or eyes not advertised as included - even If they're not to your liking.

Chaos items are sold as-is and are intended for experienced Smart Doll owners. If this is your first purchase or you are unsure what to expect, please do not purchase.

By purchasing a Chaos item, you understand that contents are completely random - including parts, condition, and skin tone. Photos are for reference only and do not represent what you will receive. Items may include blemishes, dust, excess material, prototype or experimental parts, duplicates, and components that may not form a complete product.

We’re unable to accommodate requests or customization for Chaos items. Orders with specific requests may be canceled to avoid disappointment.

We do not review order history, so repeat items are possible, even across multiple purchases.

Items may be shipped in recycled packaging and may show signs of wear.

All Chaos sales are final. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Orders may be declined at our discretion if we feel the item may not be a good fit.
