These are random blank Smart Doll heads. Some may come with the flash funnel still attached - the large “cone of shame” on top, which can be cut off and used as a holder to stop heads rolling around.

Heads may include both outlet and product-quality parts, as we sometimes produce extras or decide not to continue with a particular mold. Photos are examples only.

Eye holes may be fully cut, partially cut, not cut at all, or occasionally just one side, as blemishes can be discovered before or during processing. Blemishes may include air bubbles, scuffs, scratches, or dents.

Heads are completely random in skin tone, sculpt, and style - semi-real, anime, or otherwise - and may even include unreleased sculpts. Heads may have dust and will be packed in recycled bags that may show signs of use or writing.

If you purchase multiple, you may receive duplicates. We cannot accommodate requests for specific heads or colors, and orders with such requests may be canceled.

Our vinyl components are made using slush casting, which has its pros and cons. On the plus side, mold costs are lower than injection molds, lead times are short, and parts are seamless. On the flip side, the process is labor-intensive, has a high failure rate, and trimming the excess material (flash) requires skill and experience.

We want to offer more parts, but we simply don’t have the manpower to process everything. Chaos Directors Uncut is a way to make these components available to folks confident in their DIY skills.

Cutting vinyl is not as easy as it looks, and results will likely differ from parts finished by our team. You will need a sharp craft knife or scalpel, and for harder parts, some way to warm the vinyl (such as a hairdryer) to make it easier to cut.

There is a real risk of injury when using sharp tools, so please take care - especially around others and pets. Overcut parts cannot be repaired.

These parts have not been checked for blemishes. Vinyl parts may also vary in thickness, shape, or size - even from the same mold - as each one is cast and removed by hand.
