Introducing, With or Without You.
She knows what it means to give her all - time, effort, loyalty, love. To nurture something patiently, believing that commitment alone could make it endure.
But some chapters end, no matter how much of ourselves we poured into them.
Some endings arrive despite our best efforts.
Some people leave despite our loyalty.
And sometimes the hardest truth to accept is that love, effort, and good intentions are not always enough.
With or Without You represents the quiet courage it takes to let go after investing so much of your heart. Walking away is not failure. It is strength. It is understanding that the past has already shaped you into who you are meant to become.
There is no bitterness in her stride. No resentment in her reflection. The past is not something she fights - it is something she carries as wisdom.
Every experience molded her. Every moment refined her. Even the endings.
She does not erase what was. She honors it - then steps forward.
Because moving forward is not about forgetting. It is about growing. It is about trusting that who you are becoming is worth the release.
With or Without You, she moves forward.
Steady.
Grounded.
Unapologetic.
The chapter may be over.
Your story is not.

G16 Sculpt Transparency Notice

If you’ve been following the journey of Smart Doll, you’ll know that one of our ongoing challenges is electroplating the master models used to create our sofubi molds. The second attempt at the G16 sculpt was no exception and resulted in a few surface blemishes being transferred to the mold.
After evaluating the sculpt and testing various face-up designs, I decided that the mold was more than suitable for production. The blemishes do not compromise the character’s appearance and, if anything, add a little individuality - much like the imperfections that make each of us unique.
For transparency, I’ve included close-up photos of the blemishes in question. Because they originate from the mold itself, they will be present on all characters produced using the G16 sculpt. During production, we spend considerable time reducing their visibility through sanding and finishing work, but some marks cannot be removed entirely.
Transparency is important to us. We want you to know exactly what to expect before making a decision, and we’d rather provide too much information than too little. If these blemishes would affect your enjoyment of the character, please keep them in mind before adding them to your collection.

Before You Buy (Overview)
Smart Doll’s are crafted with care, intention, and a strong commitment to quality—but they are not designed to be everything for everyone. Since all sales are final, we ask that you take a moment to understand what makes our products unique before placing an order.
The photo grid below highlights common concerns we’ve seen from customers *after* receiving their Smart Doll—despite these traits being explained throughout our website. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision upfront rather than face disappointment later.
The first row covers wig-related traits, the second explains details of our slush-cast vinyl body and frame, and the third focuses on the intentional asymmetry in our face design. A brief overview follows the grid below:

Wig Characteristics
Smart Doll wigs are shaped by hand—not by mold—so variation is natural. You may notice differences in thickness, alignment, or shape from one wig to the next. Some may appear “balding” in spots or shed small amounts of hair when first opened and with continued use. Tight fits can leave marks on the head, and a bit of styling oil residue is also expected. Slush-Cast Vinyl Body & Frame System
The Smart Doll body is made from sofubi (soft vinyl) using a hands-on process called slush casting. This naturally results in variations such as asymmetry, flow lines, dents, bumps, air bubbles, and differences in surface texture. The head cap may not match the body color exactly or fit perfectly. These traits are inherent to working with soft vinyl and are part of the handcrafted nature of the product. (images 5 - 8)

Intentional Asymmetry in Face Design
Just like real human faces, Smart Doll faces are intentionally asymmetrical. From the 3D sculpt to the final brush stroke, no two are exactly alike. Hand-painted features such as eyeliner, lashes, and blush will differ slightly in size, shape, and placement. If you’re seeking factory-perfect, machine-printed symmetry, a different brand may be a better fit. (images 9 - 12)

Welcome to Smart Doll Land!
Thank you for choosing Smart Doll - With Or Without You (Tea) - we’re glad to have you here :-)
Danny here. If you’re like me, you probably skip manuals (which is why we don’t include any) and want to jump straight in.
Before you do, there are a few important things to know - especially how the joints are designed to move (and how they’re not).
A quick read of the Welcome Guide can help you avoid accidental damage and get the most out of your Smart Doll from day one.
While the head and hands will be vinyl - you have a choice of two different types of body - one is referred to as Cortex and the other as Vinyl. Both body types are pre-built.
