We do everything we can to ensure your Smart Doll arrives safely—but that also depends on accurate information from you. Lately, we’ve seen an increase in preventable delivery issues, so we’d like to clarify a few important points about shipping and responsibility.
Phone Number and Address Accuracy
Please double-check that the shipping address and phone number you provide at checkout are accurate and belong to you. Couriers like DHL and FedEx rely on this information for customs clearance, delivery confirmation, and—when needed—direct contact to schedule or resolve delivery attempts.
In some recent cases, customers accidentally entered a phone number that belonged to someone else—either due to a typo or because it was an old number saved in auto-complete. When DHL called during delivery, the person who answered provided a different address and accepted the package. Unfortunately, there was no way to recover the shipment—yet we were still expected to issue a refund.
To help prevent situations like this, we want to be upfront: if a package goes missing due to incorrect contact details or an invalid shipping address provided by the customer, we will no longer be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Military Bases and Forwarding Addresses
We’re grateful to support many customers based on or connected to military installations around the world. However, over time we’ve learned that shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or military forwarding systems can result in delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments—especially when using DHL or FedEx, who may not have access to complete the final delivery on base.
To avoid these complications, we strongly recommend providing a local residential address—such as that of a trusted friend or family member—whenever possible. This helps ensure smoother customs clearance, accurate tracking, and successful delivery.
Address Corrections
We appreciate it when customers contact us with address corrections after placing an order. However, please understand that orders requiring updates or special handling are processed with lower priority. To stay efficient and on schedule, our team prioritizes straightforward orders without additional instructions—this helps us ship as many packages as possible without delay.
