A quick heads-up on our Golden Week shipping schedule.
Both DHL and FedEx will pause collections on April 29th, resume briefly on April 30th, and then suspend collections again from May 1st through May 6th. Shipping will resume from May 7th onwards.
Our team will also be taking a break during this period. In previous years, we placed the website into Holiday Mode, but this time we’ll be keeping the shopping pipeline open. You’re welcome to place orders as usual, but please note that fulfillment may take a little longer than usual.
That said, we still aim to ship within the 15 days stated on our website :-)
