Our team operates on a structured schedule, taking designated days off each week, which means shipments do not go out every day. Additionally, DHL and FedEx only collect shipments five days a week, excluding weekends and holidays.
At checkout, customers acknowledge and agree that order preparation may take up to 15 days before shipping. While many orders are fulfilled sooner, this timeframe ensures efficient processing while maintaining a sustainable workflow for our team.
Despite this, we receive a high volume of inquiries regarding order status just a few days after an order is placed—sometimes even the very next day. If a customer inquires about their order status before the 15-day preparation period has elapsed, their shipment will be placed on hold until we receive confirmation on how they wish to proceed. Shipping an order while knowing the customer expects a faster turnaround would be misleading, and we strive to maintain transparency in our fulfillment process. Should the stated processing time not be acceptable, customers are welcome to cancel their order prior to shipment.
All future orders will remain subject to these terms, regardless of how quickly previous shipments may have been processed.
