Until now, we’ve generally done our best to merge orders placed under the same email address. Please note, however, that we’re unable to combine orders made using different email accounts.
Orders containing more than one doll cannot be merged, as shipping is charged per doll and they are dispatched separately. Additionally, due to recent production bottlenecks, even dolls ordered at the same time may ship at different times.
For customers in the US: we previously merged separate doll and accessory orders whenever possible. However, given current production constraints, we may need to ship these items separately as well.
While we always aim to consolidate orders for convenience, production timelines don’t always align. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get everything out as smoothly as possible.
