I wanted to provide some clarity on our policy regarding the consolidation of multiple orders. While we strive to accommodate where possible, there are several factors to consider that may prevent us from merging orders:
- Box Capacity: The total volume of items ordered may exceed the capacity of a single shipping box.
- Import Taxes: To avoid potential import taxes, we limit the value of items shipped in one package to the U.S. to under 2000 USD.
- Order Processing: Sometimes your first order might already be in the process of being packed and prepared for shipping when you place another order.

Differing Email: When placing orders, please ensure that you use the same email address, as our system cannot merge orders placed under different emails. Even if you contact us after placing an order, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to update the email and merge your orders, as they may already be in the picking and packing process. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend double-checking your email address before completing your order.
Given these considerations, we advise against placing multiple orders with the expectation that they will be automatically merged. Please plan your purchases carefully to avoid the need for multiple shipments and potential additional costs.
This policy helps us ensure a smoother, more efficient process for both our team and our customers.
While you are welcome to request an order merge, please understand that such requests do not influence our ability to combine orders. Due to various logistical constraints, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to merge orders, even if a request has been made.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that you do not expect order merges as a standard procedure.
Please also note that when we refund shipping costs, we don’t simply remove the shipping fee from one of your orders. Instead, we calculate the total shipping cost for all your items and refund the difference.
Refunds are processed at the time of shipping, and the amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations, which are beyond our control. As a result, you may receive slightly more or less than what you originally paid.
