We have transitioned to polypropylene bags for packing Smart Dolls and no longer produce the previous canvas bags. The reasons for this transition are outlined in the following post:
We understand that some customers may have environmental concerns regarding this change and appreciate their perspective. Given that canvas bags are no longer available, the options for customers who prefer not to receive a polypropylene bag are:
- Canceling the order if packaging is a deciding factor.
- Receiving the doll in the box with bubble wrap, without the bag; however, no refund will be provided for the bag’s removal.
If a customer contacts us regarding this concern after placing an order, their shipment will be placed on hold while we wait for confirmation on how they would like to proceed. Shipping the order while knowing this is a concern would not align with our commitment to transparency and fairness.
For clarity, customers should also consider that Smart Dolls themselves are made of plastic. If material composition is an important factor in purchasing decisions, we encourage customers to take this into account before placing an order .
